GREEN STEM HIGHLIGHTS

We have had a wonderfully busy start to our Green STEM program.  Classes have enjoyed STEM-In-Class presentations.  Monthly school wide assemblies have engaged students in design challenges and have connected our learning to experts in the field.   Grade 5 students participated in "Chemistry Cafe" and grade 6 students were involved in solving mysteries through Evidence and Investigation. School-wide broadcasting and energy education has also been launched with our grade 4 and grade 5 classes taking the lead. Our classes from K-6 have integrated STEM skills and mindsets.
